I started going to Core Energetics / Radical Aliveness group therapy in the spring of 2017; it was the pad that launched me into this work, and I stand by group work, in this modality, being the most transformative and powerful work I’ve ever done. In group we are invited to “welcome everything”, meaning we don’t hold our feelings back, and we take the risk of expressing ourselves amongst strangers who quickly become allies in our transformation. The intention of group work is to commit to our aliveness and take the necessary risks to get there.
